Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing strategic plans for talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Building a high-performing team by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent
  • Implementing and managing effective learning and development programs to boost employee capabilities
  • Driving employee retention and reducing turnover rates through targeted interventions
  • Creating and maintaining engaging content for internal communications, such as newsletters, intranet articles, and presentations
