What You Will Do...
  • Collaborate with leaders to structure a vision for Talent Acquisition aligned with our short-term and long-term goals.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process across critical technical functions like Engineering, Data, Security, and IT.
  • Work with the Talent team on strategic projects, including employer branding, process optimization, documentation, and DEI initiatives.
  • Leverage data to optimize hiring processes and measure success across various recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure a seamless hiring experience by coordinating with our Talent Coordinator.

You will be a driven, results-oriented recruitment specialist with a proven track record of building impressive teams. Experienced in technical recruitment in high-volume environments, you'll excel in start-up and fintech settings. Requirements
  • Experience recruiting in a technical capacity with a focus on high-volume environments.
  • A strong background in tech recruitment, specifically in Software Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists roles.
  • Prior experience in start-up and fintech environments is highly desirable.
  • An ability to work with senior-level stakeholders, influencing recruitment strategies and meeting organizational needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • A passion for the crypto and Web3 industry is a significant plus.
