Recruitment Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled Recruitment Professional to join our Talent Management team at Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, ensuring that our hiring process runs smoothly and that we identify top candidates aligned with our company culture and objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes: attracting, selecting, interviewing, and hiring top talent in the market;
  • Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels;
  • Ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
  • Liaising with different recruitment service providers when needed (recruitment agencies, job boards, etc.).

You will be working closely with our Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related subject;
  • Previous experience acquired in a similar position within in-house recruitment or recruitment agency (ideally recruiting for positions in the financial services area);
  • Excellent hands-on experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment processes;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
