Human Resources Generalist Role

As a Human Resources Generalist at TTEC, you will be a key member of our team in Poland, responsible for delivering exceptional employee experiences. Your primary focus will be on HR-related matters, ensuring that you are a trusted partner for employees and managers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and contribute to the best employee experience in Poland.
  • Support new hires with onboarding and associated documentation.
  • Perform assigned tasks with high ownership and performance.
  • Anticipate obstacles and think ahead about next steps.
  • Lead and coordinate standard team tasks involving other team members.
  • Cultivate good collaboration with other teams on HR-related matters.
  • Share and seek information, ideas, solutions, and resources with others openly.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes or make systems more efficient.
  • Use time and resources effectively through planning individual work.
  • Ensure the employee experience is at the heart of your tasks, considering team goals and company strategy.
  • Understand your role's part in delivering a great employee experience.
  • Recognize and respect diverse ideas, perspectives, and values.
  • Deliver onboarding and manager training on HR processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/HC.
  • Good knowledge of local labor law and HC regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Polish languages.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize work effectively.
  • A 'can-do' attitude.
  • Passion for doing the right thing the right way.
