About the Role

The Human Resources Operations Specialist will provide efficient HR operational support to new hires, current and former employees, as well as HR Partners in a respective region. This role involves complex problem resolution and case management for a designated region, delivering HR processes and, in some regions, also covering benefits, time and attendance, and payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist employees and HR Partners on global processes and generic questions on benefits, payroll, compensation, and HR policies.
  • Perform Workday entries and corrections as requested by employees, Talent Acquisition, and HR Partners, providing self-service support when needed.
  • Maintain (create, update) SOPs and respective HR articles to ensure they reflect current processes.
  • Achieve set KPIs and goals, adhering to established customer service standards.
  • Perform special projects as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced Analyst with a background in advanced GBS/SSC/BPO organizations. They should be able to work in a global team environment, communicate effectively with internal and external business partners of all levels and disciplines, and possess strong analytical skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience (at least 1 year) in general human resources, benefits, and payroll.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and deliver excellent customer care for complex queries.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer care.
  • Service-oriented attitude and willingness to train other team members.
  • Good listening skills and patience to work with all types of employees.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Individual should have high energy with the ability to organize/prioritize workload.
  • Technical skills, basic IT skills, and knowledge.
  • Good business English is a must; additional languages (e.g., Portuguese, Spanish, German) are a strong plus.
