We are seeking a seasoned e-commerce professional to drive category management excellence in our kids' categories business.
This role requires a deep understanding of the kids' market, including fashion, shoes, toys, baby accessories, and baby gear. You will be responsible for crafting sales plans, fine-tuning strategies, and analyzing category performance across all channels and markets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Craft annual and quarterly sales plans outlining assortment, seasonality, and key brands.
- Fine-tune main brands and sub-categories strategies for growth through cross-departmental collaboration with Retail and Marketplace teams.
- Track and analyze category performance, driving innovative solutions for category promotions based on data and market trends.
- Spearhead the development of sales tools and optimize navigation and category display.
- Enhance sales through a deep understanding of different channels and ensuring seamless collaboration among departments within the company.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, particularly in platform management.
- Expertise in sales management, fluency in English (both verbal and written), and proficient use of the MS Office suite.
- Experience in overseeing cross-departmental projects is desirable.
