Job Description

Business Development Manager Role: We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth strategy in the Energy Division for Ukraine. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing innovative concepts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business expansion.

Salary & Benefits

Our attractive remuneration package includes a competitive salary of approximately €70,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as a secure job in an international company, a friendly work environment, and career advancement possibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to create a comprehensive market map and customer segmentation strategy.
  • Develop a business development plan aligned with our Sales company strategy and targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders through seminars, trainings, and other engagement activities.
  • Identify and capitalize on market needs by maintaining close ties with the market.
  • Collaborate with the division to prioritize and analyze business opportunities to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Engineering Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Processing or similar).
  • Commercial and basic financial acumen.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Nice to have experience with HVAC or district heating business.
  • Fluent in English, Polish, and Ukrainian.
