In this role, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience. Your key objectives will include coordinating recruitment activities, managing job postings, internal recruitment management, interview scheduling, offer creation, contract creation, and employer branding events.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support for the full recruitment life cycle for each requisition opened in the area, ensuring timely and effective communication between candidates and the hiring team;
  • Screen, assess, and evaluate internal candidates who have applied via online job postings and present a qualified candidate slate to the hiring team, ensuring the candidate slate meets the diversity requirements established by the function;
  • Manage the feedback process to determine the next steps, aiming to achieve or build consensus with manager oversight when needed;
  • Develop the ability to effectively communicate PepsiCo's compelling employment proposition by presenting candidates with information related to PepsiCo's culture, leadership model, function-specific career path model, and the Possibilities employment brand, enabling candidates to fully embrace the opportunity and understand the long-term career and earning potential;
  • Resolve cases via the shared mailbox and ticketing service;
  • Administer online and psychometric tests for candidates;
  • Create requisitions for Europe Sector and Global recruitment, with the possibility of hiring in the UK;
  • Manage offers for Europe Sector and Global recruitment when the successful candidate is hired in the UK;
  • Validate and manage Right to Work checks in compliance with evolving UK regulations;
  • Oversee the UK campus recruitment coordination activities;
  • Support driving change and improvements within the team and the function;
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partners, and TA Operations, fostering partnerships that yield ongoing communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes, thus building TA function credibility;
  • Participate in departmental projects focused on delivering operational efficiencies and process/system innovations to advance the Talent Acquisition function;
  • Ensure all processes, including those of less senior team members, are administered accurately and timely;
  • Provide back-up coverage for peers across the Talent Acquisition Operations team.
