Our company, TN Poland, specializes in human resources management and recruitment services. We are currently seeking a Multilingual Customer Care Professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, chat, and email. You will address contract and billing inquiries, serve both B2B and B2C clients, and provide high-quality customer service.
Your fluency in Danish (C1 level) and English (written and verbal B2) will enable you to communicate effectively with our clients. In addition to your strong communication skills and openness to working with people, you must be available to work 5 days out of 7 with 8.5 hours long shifts per day, including breaks, between Monday and Friday from 8:00 to 18:00.
A contract of employment or mandate is required, and you may work full remotely or from our office in Warsaw.
