Job Description

At Sonova Warsaw Service Center Sp. z o.o., we are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of compensation and benefits related processes, projects, policies, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Annual Processes: Collaborate with the Corporate Total Reward CoE team to ensure alignment and partnership on annual merit and bonus processes for Sonova Group Companies.
  • Long-Term Incentive Support: Provide assistance on the process around long-term incentives as required.
  • Maintain Job Architecture: Ensure the global job architecture and grading framework are up-to-date, including participation in compensation data surveys and benchmarking.
  • Prepare Excel Tools: Develop and improve existing excel tools and spreadsheets, including complex formulas for payout calculations.
  • Partner with Global Colleagues: Collaborate with colleagues to implement compensation programs, manage salary bands, and design short-term and long-term incentive programs.
  • Project Management: Oversee compensation-related projects, ensuring stakeholders are responsible for tasks and meeting timelines.
  • Establish Program Documentation: Create and maintain program documentation, including plan descriptions, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Masters or Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years' experience in managing compensation in an international organization.
  • Business Knowledge: Working knowledge of business models, objectives, financial metrics used in decision-making.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and facilitate projects, meetings, and deliverables.
  • Communication Skills: Effective presentation and communication skills, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment, self-starter, and good self-management.
  • Language Skills: Proficient level of English.
  • Technical Skills: Expert Excel skills, including complex formulas for payout calculations.
