Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Benefits Coordinator to maintain company benefit programs for Poland and The Baltics, including health insurance, life insurance, and car benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain overall responsibility for company benefit programs in Poland and The Baltics, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee benefits.
  • Communicate effectively with service providers, including insurance companies and car lease companies, to provide necessary inputs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage enrollments, determine employee eligibility, and process relevant paperwork efficiently.
  • Inform employees of their benefit options and plans, monitoring usage and providing guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with payroll to ensure accurate payments and deductions related to benefits processing.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to overall HR analytics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR or benefits coordination, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, with ability to analyze complex data sets and create informative reports.
  • Understanding of data recording and analysis principles, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Polish.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies.
  • Solid numeric background, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
