The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Direct Sales Director to lead our B2B direct sales activities in Poland. As a key member of our team, you will oversee a team of over 50 employees and report directly to the Managing Director. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing target group-relevant strategies, following up on sales leads, and achieving set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute target group-relevant strategies to drive growth and increase market share
* Lead a team of over 50 employees and report directly to the Managing Director
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective solutions
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
* Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets
What We're Looking For
* A relevant commercial or technical higher education
* B2B sales experience, preferably in a comparable technical environment within a production company
* Excellent people management skills, with a minimum of 10 years of team management experience and at least 5 years in a director-level role
* Customer-centric mindset with experience in selling through direct and distribution channels
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, demonstrating high autonomy and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
* Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English (minimum C1 level)
