P2P Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced P2P Team Leader to join our team at Zoetis. As a P2P Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the P2P process, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of P2P professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a P2P or similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of P2P processes and procedures, with the ability to analyze and improve processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
