Job Description:

RDM Group, a leading producer in the recycled cartonboard business, is seeking a Customer Service Liaison in Warsaw, Poland to serve France/Benelux, UK, and DACH e CEE Markets.

This role involves acting as a central point of contact between customers and internal services, including Production, Logistics, Accounting, and Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding deadline enquiries, prices, deliveries, order status, certificates, technical information, claims, and payment delays.
  • Proactively follow up on old stock and inventory tracking.
  • Book production proposals and orders based on customer inquiries, working in multiple ERP systems (Ciclocom, SAP, AS400), and follow up on orders for respective customer portfolios.
  • Coordinate deliveries and resolve delivery issues with logistic teams.
  • Manage and maintain master data.
  • Analyze ordering patterns to balance order intake through Integrated Business Planning, escalating to the IBP Team and Sales Team if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English language skills (C1 Level), spoken and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of specific market languages, including French, German, and CEE languages (Polish, Hungarian, Czech, etc.).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, AS400, Ciclocom, etc.).
  • Ability to set priorities effectively, work under pressure, and make responsible decisions.
  • Independence and high work culture.
  • Customer orientation and good communication skills.
