About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team. You will have the chance to work closely with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, renew, and terminate service contracts and extended warranties
- Modify existing contracts to ensure seamless execution of pricing and billing information
- Verify customer entitlements and issue invoices and credit/debit notes as needed
- Connect the correct installed products and receive, monitor, and close service requests efficiently
- Develop and maintain high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with customers and service providers

Requirements:
- Approximately 1 year of experience within customer service or a similar area
- Fluent Dutch is a must
- English on minimum B2 level
- Professional experience in fields related to customer service, supply chain, or accounting operations would be an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive PC skills; knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
