A leading Housing Association is looking for Customer Service Executives to support the delivery of high-quality services to residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service, addressing the housing needs of residents in a small area patch.
  • Manage service charge estimates, collect rent and service charges, and order repairs as required.
  • Work with residents to identify priorities and ensure their needs are met, working collaboratively with other stakeholders when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to residents on progress.
  • Where issues arise that cannot be resolved directly, work with other services to ensure resident needs are met.
Essential Requirements
  • Ideal candidate will have a consistent background in office-based customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with residents.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Must be immediately available or on short notice.

Hourly rate: £20.43 PAYE and £26.85 Umbrella.
