About This Role
As a Multilingual Customer Service Representative at TN Poland, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels. Your responsibilities will include:
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Addressing customer questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, and terms and conditions.
• Processing customer requests and maintaining accurate records in our database.
• Supporting the deployment and adoption of new IT solutions within the team.
• Collaborating with team members to build their skills and capabilities.
• Contributing to cross-departmental projects beyond regular duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent proficiency in Czech (C1) - mandatory.
- Fluent proficiency in one of the following languages: German, Bulgarian, or Croatian (C1) - mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
