About The Role
The Customer Care team is at the core of our business, providing front-line support to our customers. We value our Customer Care team members, offering a competitive starting package and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide swift and effective customer support via phone, email, and social media;
- Synchronize with our dynamic squads to ensure every query receives a timely and seamless solution;
- Achieve individual KPIs and overall Service Levels consistently;
- Embrace and excel in the ever-changing fintech landscape;
- Participate in various projects as required;
- Maintain our legacy of exceptional customer satisfaction.
