Sales Ambassador for Central Poland

The Opportunity
For our Core Diagnostics Division, we are seeking a talented professional to serve as a Sales Ambassador for Central Poland. This role involves managing and expanding existing accounts, improving customer relationships, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full revenue responsibility for 2-4 MM USD, including forecasting and target performance achievement.
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor to customers, providing strategic account management and post-sales implementation support.
- Manage and drive the development of customer accounts, including new product and menu expansion targeting and sales support.
- Prepare and execute regular customer business reviews, and manage routine renewals of base business accounts.
- Provide first-line application support and troubleshooting, and implement new assays.
- Oversee progress of cross-functional implementation teams, and provide ongoing training and coaching to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with a preference for biomedical or commercial degrees.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the diagnostic or medical devices industry, with a focus on managing and expanding existing accounts.
- Proven track record in a similar position, supported by management and customer references.
- Excellent industry knowledge, strong solution selling and relationship building skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues, and a long-term strategic focus on account management.
Travel Requirements:
The position requires frequent travel, with an average of three days per week.
