Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cash Collection Team Leader to oversee and lead our dynamic team in managing timely and accurate cash flow.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our Accounts Receivable operations, leading a dedicated team to achieve key financial goals. If you are a results-oriented leader with a passion for optimizing AR processes in a fast-paced, international environment, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure sound policies, processes, and controls around collections services.
  • Analyse accounts driving aging and provide appropriate action plans to reduce aging.
  • Partner with other departments to handle critical business decisions on collections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end processes are running smoothly.
  • Team management activities, including hiring and onboarding new team members.
Requirements
  • Educational background in a relevant field.
  • Relevant professional experience in Accounts Receivables/Collections.
  • Previous experience leading a team.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Proven experience with continuous improvement and/or project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
