Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the opening of the restaurant and ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Achieve objectives through planning, organization of staff, inventory management, cost control, and sales maximization.
  • Assist the Brand Manager in developing the store's yearly plan and budget.
  • Provide senior management with sales and performance data to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with Brand policies, governmental laws, and regulations.
  • Develop knowledge of cooking methods and monitor food quality.
  • Encourage front-of-house teams to improve food knowledge and customer service.
  • Work with managers and team to create a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Train and motivate front-of-house teams to read customers' needs and adjust service style.
  • Effectively deal with customers' queries and complaints.
  • Remain calm during busy shifts and maintain a visible presence on the floor.
  • Anticipate and prevent problems by observing team members and the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English verbal and written skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or an equivalent.
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and financial management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Food Legislation, Relevant Codes of Practice & Quality Standards, and Health & Safety Legislation.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
