We're seeking a seasoned account manager with a passion for delivering exceptional service and a knack for adapting their tone to suit our restaurant partners. If you have a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving growth, we'd love to hear from you.



  • Partner Growth and Development: Drive and manage the growth of our current restaurant venues, building long-lasting business relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor and improve operational metrics, ensuring our restaurant partners meet the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a key communicator between our operations and restaurant partners, working closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze the local market on an ongoing basis, identifying trends and opportunities to support our restaurant partners' growth and success.

Requirements:



  • Proven experience in account management, with a strong track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with analytical dashboards (e.g. Looker or Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs and preferences.
  • Passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
