We are seeking an exceptional European Business Operations Coordinator with Italian language skills to join our Warsaw-based team. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations, this role offers a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support insurance brokers from the European region, utilizing your foreign language capabilities to handle documentation and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in our internal systems, leveraging your attention-to-detail skills to maintain the highest level of precision.
  • Contribute to process improvements by sharing your ideas and suggestions, demonstrating your ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A solid command of spoken and written English and Italian (B2), enabling you to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, allowing you to navigate complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
  • At least one year of professional experience, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.

In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This figure takes into account the demands of the role, the expected qualifications and skills of the successful candidate, and the current market rate for similar positions in the Warsaw area.
