Job Title: Customer Services Coordinator with ItalianJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Services Coordinator with Italian language proficiency to join our team. As a key member of our Shared Service Center, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, training, and monitoring the daily workloads of our customer service staff.
Key Responsibilities- Organize, carry out, and monitor training activities for SSC customer service members on group procedures and SAP transactions.
- Support the line manager and Shared Service Centre Manager in monitoring daily workloads and suggesting adjustments to ensure adequate coverage.
- Guarantee the correct operations of the customer services department within the shared service center.
- Monitor the correct application of procedures and working instructions by the Shared Service Center Customer Services staff.
- Lead by example and foster a continual improvement culture.
- Lease with Line Manager, Customer Services Managers, and Shared Service Centre Manager to guarantee a high level of information and services to internal and external customers.
- Apply a safety-bound corporate culture.
- Apply the Corporate Principles and Values.
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) plus good command of English (C1).
- 7 years or more of experience in customer service management (preferred in FMCG sector).
- Accounting principles good understanding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel and Word.
- SAP good knowledge welcome.
- Efficient communicator in remote work.
- Strong focus and orientation on client.
- Ability to train a team.
- Experience managing people.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented: Proven track record of delivering on targets.
- Project management (organize and prioritize).
