Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, training and monitoring staff, and ensuring the correct application of procedures and working instructions.
Main Responsibilities
- Organize and conduct training activities for customer service staff on group procedures and SAP transactions.
- Support the line manager and Shared Service Centre Manager in monitoring daily workloads and suggesting adjustments to ensure adequate coverage.
- Participate in guaranteeing the correct operations of the customer services department within the shared service center.
- Monitor the correct application of procedures and working instructions by the Shared Service Center Customer services staff.
- Lead by example and foster a continual improvement culture.
- Collaborate with Line Manager, Customer Services Managers, and Shared Service Centre Manager to ensure a high level of information and services to internal and external customers.
- Apply a safety-bound corporate culture and the Corporate Principles and Values.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian language skills, with a good command of English (C1 level).
- At least 7 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
- Strong focus on client satisfaction and ability to train a team.
- Experience in managing people and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of delivering on targets.
- Project management skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
