About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Operations Coordinator to support our team in Mondelēz International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate data entry, and providing exceptional support to our operations executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems, including Coupa and SAP.
- Coordinate and organize promotional events, sample ordering, and database maintenance.
- Support in-store activation projects and cross-functional tasks.
- Take ownership of the invoicing process from Business operations executives.
- Ensure linkage between sales and other relevant departments, and be the point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Administer sales-compliant documentation and relevant data in SAP.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English required.
- Can-do attitude.
- Ability to learn fast and work independently.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
