We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Payment Technology Consultant. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and guidance to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include continuing education on industry trends, systems, modules, and products, and using that knowledge to inform clients. You will also be responsible for reacting to moderately complex client inquiries, conducting research to solve issues, and participating in calls with technical, account management, vendors, and/or clients when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze and evaluate client-initiated changes, including options maintenance requests.

  1. You will Interact with Clients to Understand Their Technical Questions and Assess Their Needs, Providing Accurate and Timely Information to Guide Decision-Making.

  2. You will Develop Proposals for New Solutions to Solve Technical Problems and Follow-Up on the Status of Outstanding Issues.

  3. You will Build Relationships with Clients Through Accurate and Timely Communication, Establishing Credibility through Knowledge of Systems and Product Functionality.

  4. Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field or Equivalent Experience is Required, Along with at Least 4 Years of Relevant Experience in Consulting with Clients to Meet Business Needs.

  5. Experience with Web Development Practices and Testing APIs is Highly Desirable.
