Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our New Products team at RTB House. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration of our clients' e-commerce websites and mobile applications with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration process to ensure proper tag installation and configuration;
  • Optimize daily campaigns to meet client marketing goals;
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to deliver client success and satisfaction;
  • Communicate with Business and Technical Teams to resolve technical issues;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital advertising.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and Excel;
  • Experience with Google Chrome's debugging console and Google Analytics;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and AppsFlyer/ Branch is a plus.
