We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at TERRITORY Influence in Warsaw, Poland.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work on influencer marketing campaigns for top brands in various industries. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
You will work closely with external partners, influencers, and internal departments to deliver campaign concepts, create engaging content, and evaluate campaign results. Additionally, you will develop and manage communication materials, including online posts, newsletters, and campaign materials.
Responsibilities- Comprehensive management of influencer marketing campaigns, including concept creation, partner cooperation, community communication, campaign implementation, and evaluation.
- Creation and management of online content, such as social media posts, newsletters, and campaign materials.
- Cross-functional collaboration with external partners, influencers, and internal departments.
- Evaluation of campaign results and presentation to clients.
- Communication with corporate clients and partners, including FMCG, pharma, beauty brands, influencer agencies, and subcontractors.
- Native Polish language proficiency.
- Professional English language proficiency.
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing (social media or Influencers), PR, client service, or project management.
- Strong interest in social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, even during peak periods.
- Commitment, enthusiasm, and hands-on mentality.
- Excellent presentation and Excel skills.
- Casual and activating writing style for campaign blogs.
