The Market Access Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the successful commercialization of Amgen's products. This individual will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute market access strategies, securing reimbursement agreements with payers and expanding product access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement market access strategies to secure reimbursement agreements with payers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Economics, Health Services Research, Pharmacy, or Management/Marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience in leading market access projects in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry or related consultancy.
- Fluency in oral and written English and in-depth knowledge of the local language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience in communicating complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
