Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the door and gate automation sector.
  • Develop and execute commercial visit plans to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Select and implement the most suitable devices and solutions for specific applications, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and achieve individual sales budgets, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze and monitor the market for new sales opportunities, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Acquire new customers and expand our customer base, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Deliver presentations and training to partners, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
  • Support international fairs and sales events, showcasing our products and services to a global audience.
  • Report sales performance and market trends to the CRM system, informing business decisions and strategy.
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge and sales skills, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Our Requirements
  • Engineering degree in automation, robotics, mechatronics, or electrical engineering, or relevant experience in the technical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Openness to new technologies and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Highly active and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Ability to plan and organize work effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing time.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in English, enabling effective communication with customers, partners, and colleagues.
