We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales representation, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the division of Entrance Automation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the field of door and gate automation.
- Plan and execute commercial visits to meet with potential customers and partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual sales budgets and targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors and partners to ensure long-term business success.
- Analyze and monitor the market for new sales opportunities and emerging trends.
- Acquire new customers and expand existing relationships to drive business growth.
- Develop and deliver presentations and training to partners and customers to enhance their understanding of our products and services.
- Support international fairs and sales events to showcase our expertise and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Report sales performance and market insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
Our Requirements
- Engineering degree in automation, robotics, mechatronics, or electrical engineering, or relevant experience in the technical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Highly active and goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills to drive business growth and development.
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with international customers and partners.
