Job Responsibilities

The Tech Solutions Specialist with Polish will be responsible for establishing a new service dedicated to the client's high-profile & critical programs. This involves:

  • Communicating with advertisers and internal sales and services teams via phone, email, and chat as needed.
  • Performing and verifying the implementation of web-based products with customers.
  • Giving guidance, support, and training customers on how to use the products.
  • D Delivering high-quality service to customers exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures.

Requirements

  • Polish and English language skills on at least C1 level.
  • Techincally capable of quickly learning customer service software applications and processing customer implementations that do not necessarily follow a standard template/process.
  • Strong communication, customer service, relationship management, and support skills.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment.
