About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Card Dispute Specialist to join our team at Majorel Poland Global. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving disputes related to payment cards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage case handling and normal production tasks.
  • Investigate root causes of errors and perform corrections.
  • Translate local language communications to English and handle customer communications and support via email and/or telephone.
  • Support customers in minimizing losses related to third-party fraud with payment cards.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English (speaking and writing) with additional languages a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or BPO environments.
  • Excellent communication, cooperation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
