The Customer Success Specialist role is designed to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, identifying opportunities for upselling, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch customer support services, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with senior management, hotels, distribution partners, and internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updates, and performance metrics in CRM and Service Management systems.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the software industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ITIL Service Management concepts and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English and additional languages (Chinese, French, Spanish, Italian) a plus.
