Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive documentation for software products, including user guides, API references, and technical articles.
- Enhance user understanding by developing visual aids, diagrams, and examples to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and marketing teams, to ensure documentation meets user needs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve documentation clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Provide demos of previously written documentation.
About You:
- Proven experience as a technical writer, ideally in a product or developer-focused environment.
- Strong engineering or software development background, with deep understanding of APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
- Expertise with markdown, RST markup languages, and documentation frameworks such as Sphinx and Swagger. Familiarity with Git is essential.
- Able to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of best practices in content management and operations.
