Job Description

The position of Customer Support Leader is available at Navtech, Inc. for a technical customer support professional.

This role involves providing top-notch technical assistance to customers from all over the world, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting complex queries, collaborating with production teams and product management to improve support trends, and managing multiple technical queries submitted by customers.

We are looking for a team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues through various tools to resolve queries without escalation.
  • Provide feedback to production teams and product management on support trends, issues, and items impacting customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and handle multiple technical queries submitted by customers through our support portal.
  • Ensure that all customer queries or requests are logged, managed, followed up, and closed according to internal and customer-specific SLAs.
  • Work closely with product management on new releases, including training on the release, notifying new customers, and assisting with any issues.

Required Skills:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical customer support role or within the aviation industry.
  • Experience working with customer requests and issues within strict timeframes and adhering to SLAs.
  • Proven ability to multitask during high-stress situations and prioritize work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
