Receptionist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Majorel Poland Global. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle phone calls, email correspondence, and chat with clients and colleagues
  • Manage external and internal customer interactions, including visitors and correspondence
  • Record and maintain accurate records of invoices, business trips, and administrative tasks
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our front desk, including calendar management and conference room booking
  • Perform data entry, filing, and transcription tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and a strong desire to provide excellent service
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent work organization, accuracy, reliability, and responsibility
  • Flexibility in relation to working hours, including shifts and overtime
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Very good knowledge of Polish (B2/C1) and English (B2), spoken and written
