About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at GetResponse. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executives and ensure smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize executive team calendars, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
- Support executives in organizational and administrative tasks, preparing primary documents and reports as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring proper documentation flow with the highest confidentiality.
- Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and institutions, monitoring office supplies and researching advantageous deals or suppliers.
- Provide general administrative support for the GetResponse office and its employees daily, handling travel arrangements for all employees and the Board.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Initiative to self-troubleshoot problems with a sense of responsibility and urgency.
- Positive and proactive approach to work.
- Effectiveness in information research using Internet sources.
- Comfort working confidentially and under little or no supervision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Sound and proven knowledge of MS Office.
- Very good command of English (B2 level).
- Native or close-to-native command of Polish.
- Experience in working on MacBook would be an asset.
- Active driving license (cat. B).
