About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at GetResponse. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executives and ensure smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize executive team calendars, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Support executives in organizational and administrative tasks, preparing primary documents and reports as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring proper documentation flow with the highest confidentiality.
  • Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and institutions, monitoring office supplies and researching advantageous deals or suppliers.
  • Provide general administrative support for the GetResponse office and its employees daily, handling travel arrangements for all employees and the Board.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Initiative to self-troubleshoot problems with a sense of responsibility and urgency.
  • Positive and proactive approach to work.
  • Effectiveness in information research using Internet sources.
  • Comfort working confidentially and under little or no supervision.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Sound and proven knowledge of MS Office.
  • Very good command of English (B2 level).
  • Native or close-to-native command of Polish.
  • Experience in working on MacBook would be an asset.
  • Active driving license (cat. B).
