Job Description

As an IT Operations Manager at Conectys, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities specific to the IT field within our Polish site. Your primary goal is to ensure the smooth running of our computer systems, meeting requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will also supervise the implementation and maintenance of our computing needs.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing IT Support Services with focus on Incident and Service Request;
  • Reviewing daily priorities and taking appropriate actions to achieve results in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding KPIs;
  • Ensuring that support team members follow standard operating procedures and best practices when handling customer service tickets;
  • Analyzing, planning, and improving the availability of IT services in respect to agreed SLAs;
  • Collaborating closely with business and application support teams;
  • Overseeing all aspects of support operations management, including hiring, training, and professional development of support engineers, aiming for higher CSAT/NPS scores.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Very good command of both English and Polish;
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Expert or similar role;
  • Managerial experience is a plus but not required;
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Antivirus solution, Office 365;
  • Foundational knowledge of IT Networking;
  • A focus on Customer/business satisfaction, with strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness;
  • Excellent positive attitude.

Based on industry standards and location, the estimated annual salary range for this position is approximately €40,000 - €60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
