**About Us**

Our client is a leading international company in the electronic components distribution industry. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with German.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quotes, tracking orders, managing backlogs, handling invoices, processing returns, resolving discrepancies, and supporting the sales team and customers with any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotes, track orders, manage backlogs, handle invoices, process returns, resolve discrepancies, and support the sales team and customers with any issues.
  • Look for ways to improve processes and procedures, including key performance metrics.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers by handling complaints and claims fairly and efficiently, following consumer protection laws.
  • Keep records up-to-date in both digital and paper formats as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have fluency in German (min. B2) and a good level of English, high school diploma or equivalent qualification, proficiency in computer use, email communication, and phone etiquette, problem-solving, and high interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
