Job Overview:

Senior Process Improvement Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior Process Improvement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving logistics processes, including transport planning, information flow coordination between Distribution Centre, order requestor and transport service provider.

You will also be responsible for monitoring carrier's performance management and taking appropriate action if necessary. Additionally, you will support the billing process by ensuring data correctness and checking the carrier's transportation rates.

Responsibilities include analysing and verification of logistics costs, proof of delivery management, and providing support in reporting area if necessary. Carrier's billing file verification and data preparation for the final billing are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements:

  • University degree (minimum Bachelor) / logistics can be an advantage.
  • Intermediate in spoken and written English.
  • Customer Service-related experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills: communication, influencing.
  • Strong analytical skills required.
  • Creativity, passion and engagement.
  • Team-working oriented.
  • Energetic and pressure resistance.
  • Advanced MS Excel.
  • SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
