As a dedicated Service Delivery & Customer Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to simplify and humanize the legal journey for our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the entire service cycle, ensuring seamless delivery to our international clients.
  • Preparing applications for Polish citizenship and registration of Polish vital records.
  • Evaluating and analyzing foreign documents and other pertinent data.
  • Providing exceptional customer support and managing correspondence with clients.
  • Establishing effective cooperation with clerks and public institutions.
  • Mentoring team members on adopting a client-centric approach.
  • Overseeing the management and improvement of CRM and other business tools and processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Alignment with our core values: knowledge, teamwork, caring, and maturity.
  • Effective customer service knowledge or equivalent experience.
  • Proactive communication skills for identifying opportunities and suggesting improvements.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and fulfill commitments responsibly.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills (C1/C2 level).
  • Capacity to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Effective usage of business tools such as CRM, Asana, Miro, and others.
