About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our AGS Specialists Team in Europe Central, focusing on AI and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, as well as experience working with customers and influencing the AWS product roadmap.

This role is based out of Warsaw, Poland, with flexibility within Europe Central, namely Munich, Germany. The responsibilities will cover segments and regions within the AGS Specialists Team in Europe Central team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow adoption, utilization, and revenue for AWS services in a sales region.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate with customers, influence the AWS product roadmap, and drive revenue for your AWS service(s).
  • Be the direct business owner for assigned segments and accounts to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Align and influence GTM strategies and sales plays together with the WWSO EMEA GTM team, and drive customer and partner engagements by participating in AWS field enablement activities.
  • Identify gaps in AWS products or feature sets based on customer insights and partner with internal product teams and account managers to win strategic customer workloads and drive business revenue.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Solid Consultative Sales and Business Development experience in Software-Technology environments with pipeline creation and revenue delivery responsibilities and proven direct field experience working with customers.
  • Track record of building rapport with senior C-level stakeholders and previous working domain experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or related data / analytics technologies.
  • Solid influencing skills to drive the business agenda in partnership with internal and external stakeholders and experience working with cloud-based technologies.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AI/ML certificates or diploma.
  • Knowledge of Big Data businesses and technical concepts.
  • Experience of working with Technology Partners (Software Vendors, System Integrators) in the data & Gen AI & AI/ML space.
