Senior Deployment Specialist for Global Business Platform

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Deployment Specialist to join our team at Genpact. As a key member of our deployment team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of our global business platform. Your expertise in process deployment, stakeholder management, and analytical skills will be essential in driving the success of this project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the deployment of the global business platform
  • Perform As Is analysis during Solution Identification phase
  • Collect required information for Change Impact analysis and facilitate impact analysis execution and resolution
  • Provide expert knowledge of the subject area and project methodology
  • Write and review Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support development of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts
  • Coordinate User Access Testing (UAT)
  • Develop communication materials related to New Ways of Working
  • Identify training needs and conduct trainings for end users
  • Provide inputs for Toll Gate decks (milestones) and log risks and issues

Qualifications

  • Functional skills: process-oriented thinking, planning, organization, analytical, and conceptual thinking
  • Stakeholder management skills: managing different stakeholder groups across functions and operating companies with communication skills
  • Training and change management skills: conducting trainings, developing training materials, and supporting change to new ways of working
  • Process improvement skills: problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying and contributing to process improvements
