Senior PTP Platform Deployment Manager

Genpact is a global professional services firm that helps leading enterprises achieve their goals. We're looking for a highly skilled PTP Platform Deployment Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of process-oriented thinking, planning, and organization skills. They will also possess analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as strong stakeholder management skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the deployment of the Global Business Platform
  • Assisting in performing As Is analysis during Solution Identification phase
  • Collecting required information for the Change Impact analysis and facilitating impact analysis execution and resolution
  • Providing expert knowledge of the subject area and the project methodology
  • Writing and reviewing Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
  • Supporting development of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts
  • Supporting and coordinating User Access Testing (UAT)
  • Developing and coordinating communication materials related to New Ways of Working
  • Identifying training needs and conducting trainings for end users
  • Providing inputs for Toll Gate decks (milestones)
  • Logging risks and issues that appear during configuration, training, or other activities and following through on resolution of those issues
  • Performing analysis during Ramp-up phase and proposing corrective actions
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and integrating best practices for future resolution
  • Capturing lessons learned and best practices from each implementation and integrating them into future impact resolution/improvement roadmaps
  • Ensuring adequate handover to Business as Usual (BAU) after Stabilization phase

Key qualifications include:

  • Functional skills: Process-oriented thinking, planning, and organization skills, analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Stakeholder management skills: managing different stakeholder groups across Functions and Operating Companies with communication skills
  • Training and Change management skills: conducting trainings, developing training materials, and supporting change to new ways of working
  • Process improvement skills: problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying and contributing to process improvements

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related studies (Finance or Management Accounting or Management Information Systems)
  • Relevant experience in Finance/Accounting in SSC/BPO environment
  • Relevant experience in End-to-end PTP and Invoicing system knowledge
  • Familiarity with an ERP system
  • Service Now awareness desirable
