We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Global Customer Care and Experience organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will develop and implement customer success strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes and ensure seamless customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success and account management, with experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
