As a member of our Global Support team, you will be responsible for interacting with leading companies and providing world-class support to ensure customer success. Your expertise will enable our customers to achieve the greatest value from cloud technologies, while ensuring operational excellence and optimal usage of our services.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, monthly & quarterly metrics, detailed pre-launch planning
  • Solve a variety of problems across different customers as they migrate their workloads to the cloud
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers
