About the Role

Solventum is a trailblazing company that is changing the face of healthcare. We're looking for a talented German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

You will be the central point of contact for customers, supporting them in their journey with our products and services. This includes identifying new business opportunities, analysing customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Main Tasks:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyse customer needs and provide bespoke solutions.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
  • Improve data quality and reduce cycle time through process optimisation.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

  • Native level fluency in German and excellent English language skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer service skills.
  • Customer-centric approach and previous experience working with customers.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
