Solventum is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our customers, supporting them in their journey with Solventum products and services. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for identifying new contacts, analysing customer needs, and collaborating with sales and marketing functions to develop sustainable relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.
- Analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure data quality and reduce cycle time through process improvements.
- Maintain compliance with Solventum's policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills.
- Native level proficiency in German.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer service skills.
- Customer-centric approach and previous experience working with customers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
